Reablement Live in Care Assistant (On Call)
- £700 per week on standby or on assignment!
- Candidates must be based in Devon or the surrounding areas.
- Must have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Minimum 12 months working in as a Care Assistant or similar.
Devon & Surrounding Area(Commutable from: Exeter, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bideford, Holsworthy, Okehampton, Tavistock, Newton Abbot, Axminster, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Torquay, Minehead, Ilfracombe)
Are you a Care Assistant or Live in Care Assistant based in Devon or surrounding area, looking for local assignments with weekly on call pay regardless of whether get called out or not?
In the role you will be on call for a minimum of two weeks, longer if requested. During this period, you will be on standby for any live in care assignments in the Devon Area. These live in assignments can be anything from a few hours to over a week.
You will be working as part of a reablement team for individuals returning from hospital or respite. You will be responsible for basic physiotherapy as required as well as actively encouraging and escorting service users to reintegrate into their communities through events or similar activities.

This is an excellent role for an experienced Care Assistant based locally in Devon that is looking for a standby role where you are paid regardless of weather or not you are called out.
The Role:
- £700 per week on standby or on assignment

- Providing rapid live in care for reablement in the Devon area
The Person:
- Min 12 months experience in care
- Must be based in or near Devon area.
- Must have a driving licence with access to own car.
