Learning Disabilities Support/Care Worker
Network Healthcare in Reading are currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work in supported living environments. You will join our team of highly motivated and enthusiastic staff in Reading and surrounding areas.
Job Title: Support/Care Worker
Rates of pay £11 p/h
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-time
The Candidate:
You must be able to provide high quality support, enabling our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will support them to live their lives as independently as possible. Ideally you should be:
- Experience in health and social care preferred
- Drivers preferred but not essential
- Right to Work in the UK
- Flexible and adaptable
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (can be arranged by us)
- Care Certificate - training available if required
- Able to undertake additional training and to further your opportunities
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to use initiative but able to work as part of a team
Shifts available - Days/Nights, Full-Time/Part-Time
