North & East Devon (Commutable from: Exeter, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bideford, Holsworthy, Okehampton, Tavistock, Newton Abbot, Axminster, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Torquay, Minehead, Ilfracombe)
Are you a Care Assistant based in Devon or the surrounding area, looking for local care home assignments?
You will work as part of a reablement team for individuals discharged from hospital or respite. You will be responsible for basic physiotherapy as required as well as actively encouraging service users to regain their independence.
You will be expected to travel to different care homes in the North and East of Devon to support individuals on a 1-1 basis.
Your shifts will be commissioned by the Care Contingency Group, a Specialist Health and Social Care Provider in the Southwest.
This role would suit an experienced Care Assistant looking for a local role in Devon that are enthusiastic about reintegrating individuals into the community.
The Role:
- £17 - £20 per hour (Umbrella/ Agency)
- 12-hour Day and Night Shifts available
- Providing rapid care for reablement in the Devon area
The Person:
- Min 12 months experience in care
- Must be based in or near Devon area.
- Must be prepared to travel within North or East Devon
