Network Health & Social Care wins GCPA "Carer of the Year Awards" 2016

The Gloucestershire Care Providers Association held its Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony on the 11th May at Cheltenham Racecourse. The Care Awards are open to all staff working within the Gloucestershire independent care sector. Network Healthcare have offices across the UK and are a Domiciliary Care and Nurse Agency providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

Emma Campbell, Operations and Registered Manager responsible for the delivery and quality of care across the Gloucestershire/Wiltshire area chose one of Network’s carers to be put forward for the “Carer of the Year” Award.

Hundreds of nominations were received and our chosen carer, Fiona Steen was selected and included in the final 3 with an invitation to the Award Ceremony.

After much anticipation and a very enjoyable day, Fiona was chosen as the Winner for her Olympic style dedication and support to one of their service users who has motor neurone disease and needs constant care around the clock. Fiona overcomes all of the obstacles typical of this illness and gives herself completely to maintain quality of life.

The management of Network Healthcare are highly honoured and proud to be winner of this coveted award, giving them the recognition for constant high standards of care.
